A little warning here for the CG Community: Casino Guru is an open platform where everyone is free to share their thoughts and opinions. We believe in free speech and try to be as non-restrictive as possible. That said, please remember: just because something is posted on the forum doesn’t mean Casino Guru agrees with it or endorses it in any way. We’re really happy to see players engaging in conversations, debating respectfully, and having fun doing so! That’s why we created this platform. However, we’ve noticed a growing trend – not just here, but across other platforms too – where some players, after losing money fairly in a casino, look for ways to get those funds back through their bank or payment provider, often by filing chargebacks or making false claims. We’d like to warn you: this behaviour is not only unfair – it’s also very risky! We’ve already seen and heard stories (here and elsewhere) of people who got into serious trouble trying to go down this route – including closed casino accounts across multiple platforms, closed bank accounts, debts, and even lawsuits (attempted fraud). Attempting fraud or misrepresenting the truth to a bank or provider is never a good idea and could have lasting consequences. So here’s our friendly appeal to all Casino Guru community members: Stand up against unfair and dishonest casinos. Use our Complaints Resolution Center if you need help – you don’t have to fight alone. But please don’t try to get back money you’ve fairly lost. It’s simply not worth the risk. Thanks for being part of our community – and have a great day!

What merchants?

Seems strange the bank has charged you for chargebacks as that’s the first time I have ever heard that, could you provide more details and someone will assist.

What have you told them - if you have gone fraud/scam with Mastercard they will say you approved so hard to overturn. If you have mentioned gambling, check notes on here, complain and see if they will overturn.

If you have gone fraud get it changed to goods not received.

They are a joke. Iv had contract with a merchant who said they accepted the chargeback on the 7th May. Revolut have said that they will still wait the allocated time frame to give me the funds (50 days for Mastercard)

I was going to deposit £20 to 30bet casino, but it was asking me to agree to a transfer via Rillpay. Looked into them and its a crypto website. Fuck that

Just wondering:

Someone know anything about gembyte.com and/or have had successfully chargebacks with them?

Thanks for all help

How did you manage this ?

Depends - are you buying digital art/nft direct then yes see Finnart and artsrid.

Are you purchasing crypto currency? Then more difficult especially when it’s third parties involved as the argument is they can provide evidence that coins were provided and that’s it.

Some have had success but it’s probably the most difficult to get raised along with bank transfers.

They just quote terms back at you when you complain as well.

Sort of - Finnart did one direct, then end of chargeback time did 5 direct.

Artsrid didn’t challenge chargeback
