Giving up, bank won’t raise charge backs just using excuses and saying their decision is final. Casino emailing back the same nonsense and emails to merchants are just being ignored.
I’m in the same boat, even the merchants where people have already received refunds from have ignored my emails, they probably have refunded too many people 😅
I told them to escalate it to a complaint but not hopeful. What do you suggest I get together for it? I’ve already supplied loads of evidence including emails from the casino refusing to supply evidence of deposits.
They even said "We understand that the Merchant Category Codes show differently and that this is not something the merchant should do, but that doesn't change the chargeback rights that are currently available to us."

im curious is there any way getting around the 120 day limit? I’ve got a few that is euro exchange. If I say I was purchasing euro for a holiday would they chargeback? It’s with nationwide also I hear they good and processing chargeback
Sorry but I’m confusing/overthinking the goods/services not received thing for chargebacks, the form is asking what goods/services I was expecting but many of you say not to mention gambling so I don’t know what to say? The merchant is a random name which yields no results on Google and is just random jumbled letters but comes up as ‘Health’ in my banking app under the category.
