A little warning here for the CG Community: Casino Guru is an open platform where everyone is free to share their thoughts and opinions. We believe in free speech and try to be as non-restrictive as possible. That said, please remember: just because something is posted on the forum doesn’t mean Casino Guru agrees with it or endorses it in any way. We’re really happy to see players engaging in conversations, debating respectfully, and having fun doing so! That’s why we created this platform. However, we’ve noticed a growing trend – not just here, but across other platforms too – where some players, after losing money fairly in a casino, look for ways to get those funds back through their bank or payment provider, often by filing chargebacks or making false claims. We’d like to warn you: this behaviour is not only unfair – it’s also very risky! We’ve already seen and heard stories (here and elsewhere) of people who got into serious trouble trying to go down this route – including closed casino accounts across multiple platforms, closed bank accounts, debts, and even lawsuits (attempted fraud). Attempting fraud or misrepresenting the truth to a bank or provider is never a good idea and could have lasting consequences. So here’s our friendly appeal to all Casino Guru community members: Stand up against unfair and dishonest casinos. Use our Complaints Resolution Center if you need help – you don’t have to fight alone. But please don’t try to get back money you’ve fairly lost. It’s simply not worth the risk. Thanks for being part of our community – and have a great day!

In regards to Falcora finance, they have a sister company called Nucleus365. They are fca regulated but there contact information is wrong. Spoke with the van today even though it says Falcora finance the transaction was through Nucleus365. I’ve raised it with the bank they just close your account immediately and you get nowhere. If anyone has any idea on what to do please let me know. The bank also said I cannot even try to recover the funds as it went to a Falcora/nucleus365 account in my name when I’ve never created an account with them.

Did they tell you what email was associated with that account? Assuming the bookmaker uses our KYC information to set these accounts up using an email address with our name on that they set up?

Just done some digging and as per Falcoras 'documents required to set up personal account' it needs the following. I've submitted everything for casino verification apart from the 'live verification' bit - Screenshot below. I don't know if you ever did a face scan when signing up to your casino but I know I didn't this could aid your dispute.

Didn’t tell me anything which is really concerning, I checked my email that I opened the betting account on. It said no account found, honestly Nucleus365/falcora are a nightmare to get a hold of.

Yeh I've tried a few times but had no luck. Also, it doesn't state anywhere that they're both in cahoots. I've looked everywhere and asked chatgpt if there's any trace of them being related. I'd flag that to TSB.

Was this in relation to a debit card chargeback, or a bank transfer claim?. Also, what date was your claim raised?

Bytebloom LTD indeed has no license, and I am also fighting to get a refund from them. I also can’t get in touch with them. I have the full company details from Companies House, you can check them on their website.

I can only assist you with this, I wish you good luck

They use the same template for everyone asking about the transactions, i got the exact same mail but from different Casinos.

The "we dont have control of our third parties or what your transaction say"

I read that sentence so many times and it still dont make sense, just make them look guilty and they just confirms it themselves.
