What did the transactions come up as on your bank? For the Webmosiac ones?

Ok so mine was Webmosac also and the addresses are the same on my bank to their website I pointed this out and they gave me a refund after a few weeks of ignoring me. At first they were fobbing me off with they aren't the people on my statement but I had the proof in black and white.
