A little warning here for the CG Community: Casino Guru is an open platform where everyone is free to share their thoughts and opinions. We believe in free speech and try to be as non-restrictive as possible. That said, please remember: just because something is posted on the forum doesn’t mean Casino Guru agrees with it or endorses it in any way. We’re really happy to see players engaging in conversations, debating respectfully, and having fun doing so! That’s why we created this platform. However, we’ve noticed a growing trend – not just here, but across other platforms too – where some players, after losing money fairly in a casino, look for ways to get those funds back through their bank or payment provider, often by filing chargebacks or making false claims. We’d like to warn you: this behaviour is not only unfair – it’s also very risky! We’ve already seen and heard stories (here and elsewhere) of people who got into serious trouble trying to go down this route – including closed casino accounts across multiple platforms, closed bank accounts, debts, and even lawsuits (attempted fraud). Attempting fraud or misrepresenting the truth to a bank or provider is never a good idea and could have lasting consequences. So here’s our friendly appeal to all Casino Guru community members: Stand up against unfair and dishonest casinos. Use our Complaints Resolution Center if you need help – you don’t have to fight alone. But please don’t try to get back money you’ve fairly lost. It’s simply not worth the risk. Thanks for being part of our community – and have a great day!

Glad to hear that. I'll definitely raise a complaint, although it’s Monzo we’re talking about. Still, if I word it right, they’ll have to do something since it was their mistake in the first place.

When I rang my bank they said the transactions that I disputed could go back 13 months?

file jackpot raider sent me this today

I asked an hour later for proof an the declined again. They say this then I get my hopes up.

It's my only option Monzo are having absolutely fucking non it with the charge backs. I have £25,000 in charge backs that they rejected.

I'm impatient, never worried and fucked off all at the same time. Just cannot think about anything else other than getting this money back.

If I don't receive any more from JR. What can I actually do?

When it comes to Monzo, id advise not to bring up gambling as they are very strict with this. I know some have had success in the past going down this route but things change and from my recent experience with Monzo they won't entertain anything to do with gambling. I've had success with goods not received. Not ideal but still the truth.

Yes, thanks. I'll take that step if it comes to it. I believe I have a valid reason to expect something in return, given the poor customer service from Monzo.

Well unfortunately I did. An probably went in not doing one research how to tackle it. What do you actually say to them?

'coz I've said I've not received owt from trvrs TREVVERS trevers - that's the 3 they keep using.

How do I explain 25.400 in 500 deposits ect to them for good not recieving. I have multiple deposits of 5k within 16 minutes of each other and many more.

If I change my story now they'll not buy it they'll just fuck me off n close my account I reckon.

The. Al start further disputes then.

Surely they have a legal obligation to monitor suspicious merchants.

Banks will surely communicate with one another an highlight dodgy merchants?

Not sure on that one unless you logged it as fraud then I believe you can go past 120 day timeframe.

You could always approach a no win no lose solicitor in Curacao to deal with these issues just google law firms if you do not receive funds within 10 days

Does anyone have any information on "Coreactive Ltd" and "TERRVERS"?

These are my main two totalling probably £10k!

Zopa Bank (not credit) have a protection of £500 per day limit gambling. I’ve obviously far exceeded this so hopefully this is another case for charge backs?

They don't. Mastercard and VISA monitor the number of chargebacks made against each Merchant. If that level is high they investigate, if not they don't unless they are given specific information on potential fraud or breach of T&C's. This is why banks are one of the biggest factors here in allowing this to continue - they are not following their reporting obligations and the shit is about to hit the fan with this soon.
