I think because it is illegal there, if you contacted the merchants/casino they may refund you, that or I'd doubt they'd go against the charge back..

Have you tried contacting the merchants/casinos first? Them knowing it is illegal for them to he offering online casinos in the US .. they may refund you the money!

If your bank has already raised them, I'd just ride that wave...
