Use our Complaints Resolution Center if you need help – you don’t have to fight alone. But please don’t try to get back money you’ve fairly lost. It’s simply not worth the risk. Keep plugging away at these bastards. I have managed to get a couple of refunds direct from casinos this week who previously refused partly by sending them the news articles that are now starting to come out on this matter. I decided to give it some renewed vigour and it worked!
