I’ve put a dispute with my bank but they said they won’t refund due to it being a bank transfer to a third party so it a civil matter this is because they used falcora finance instead of the actual website. Anyone help with this?

No, no one can help you. You've already given yourself the answer. These are civil law matters. Bank transfers are specially protected and can't be easily revoked, and that's a good thing. Because if I send you €500 today, I can simply take it back under flimsy pretexts.

I'm watching the post closely, as are the payment service providers that keep popping up. Some seem to be fed up or haven't heard the hype. Some payment service providers are relatively new to the market, and users who have already initiated chargebacks or attempted chargebacks in the past are mentioning the new providers.
