Definitely not. But if you request dsar from them they will provide and you will see the transactions match to many different names on your statements. I got declined by bank for goriwire and fomiline.

Hi guys. Can someone advise me on the next step please. I received from my bank as a reply to few disputes and few chargebacks(We are sorry-we cant recover your disputed payment). My question is , does it mean bank does not even want to try to recover funds, or they tried and they were unsuccessful? Thank you.

It all depends how you raised the claim. Who was the merchant, how you paid, was it a money transfer, card payment with visa/mastercard, how you positioned it to the bank etc. All these things are taken into account. I advise reading through the thread first before making anymore disputes. All the information is already on here to help you.
