A little warning here for the CG Community: Casino Guru is an open platform where everyone is free to share their thoughts and opinions. We believe in free speech and try to be as non-restrictive as possible. That said, please remember: just because something is posted on the forum doesn’t mean Casino Guru agrees with it or endorses it in any way. We’re really happy to see players engaging in conversations, debating respectfully, and having fun doing so! That’s why we created this platform. However, we’ve noticed a growing trend – not just here, but across other platforms too – where some players, after losing money fairly in a casino, look for ways to get those funds back through their bank or payment provider, often by filing chargebacks or making false claims. We’d like to warn you: this behaviour is not only unfair – it’s also very risky! We’ve already seen and heard stories (here and elsewhere) of people who got into serious trouble trying to go down this route – including closed casino accounts across multiple platforms, closed bank accounts, debts, and even lawsuits (attempted fraud). Attempting fraud or misrepresenting the truth to a bank or provider is never a good idea and could have lasting consequences. So here’s our friendly appeal to all Casino Guru community members: Stand up against unfair and dishonest casinos. Use our Complaints Resolution Center if you need help – you don’t have to fight alone. But please don’t try to get back money you’ve fairly lost. It’s simply not worth the risk. Thanks for being part of our community – and have a great day!

To help you out casino sites such as donbet velobet roletto cosmobet mystake goldenbet are all sister sites. If you made a money transfer it will likely show as falcora finance. If you made card payments you will see descriptions on your bank statements showing multiple merchants linked to these casinos. Such as artstrid.io, pixeleum.io, finnart.io, goriwire sp.z.o.o, bitsent eu, the list goes on. They are generally converted into euros with additional fees added by the bank, so take the extra couple of quid into consideration. All this information is on your bank statements. It's your job to then match those up to your casino deposits. But this is the gist of it.

Also to access your transaction history (deposits) on these specific casino sites its often thought on this forum it only goes back 20 days. This is incorrect. In fact, you can only select 20 day periods to access your history. Ie 1st of month until 19th of the month OR 8th of month until 27th of month, as examples. Good luck

I'm sorry for stepping into it, but do I presume correctly that the problem emerged in email communication outside this forum? I checked all the posts in the system and could not find anything rude.

So, just to remind: if anyone needs an admin, please do not hesitate to use the reply button. I'll surely get back here.

The only way to find them is to find the payment provider which is corzapay, I can’t find a website or email for them anywhere either tho.

I’m with you mate Iv been through all of this trying to find corzapay. It all comes down to paymentiq.io who are owned by worldline. They won’t help though it’s ridiculous

what a joke. I’ll keep trying to see what I can find. It would help if we knew exactly what country the company resided in.
