A little warning here for the CG Community: Casino Guru is an open platform where everyone is free to share their thoughts and opinions. We believe in free speech and try to be as non-restrictive as possible. That said, please remember: just because something is posted on the forum doesn’t mean Casino Guru agrees with it or endorses it in any way. We’re really happy to see players engaging in conversations, debating respectfully, and having fun doing so! That’s why we created this platform. However, we’ve noticed a growing trend – not just here, but across other platforms too – where some players, after losing money fairly in a casino, look for ways to get those funds back through their bank or payment provider, often by filing chargebacks or making false claims. We’d like to warn you: this behaviour is not only unfair – it’s also very risky! We’ve already seen and heard stories (here and elsewhere) of people who got into serious trouble trying to go down this route – including closed casino accounts across multiple platforms, closed bank accounts, debts, and even lawsuits (attempted fraud). Attempting fraud or misrepresenting the truth to a bank or provider is never a good idea and could have lasting consequences. So here’s our friendly appeal to all Casino Guru community members: Stand up against unfair and dishonest casinos. Use our Complaints Resolution Center if you need help – you don’t have to fight alone. But please don’t try to get back money you’ve fairly lost. It’s simply not worth the risk. Thanks for being part of our community – and have a great day!

One of my mates has thousands from a merchant Zalvorna Kaunas. Cant find anything about them. Does anyone know who they are?

Probably a long shot but did anyone have any luck with merchant refunds direct from the likes of Elegro, Pixeleum and other Santeda ones? I was going through my Revolut statement and had maybe a grand or two worth of card transactions even though the majority of mine were SEPA transfers. I raised them at the time with Revolut as chargebacks but surprise surprise, they didn’t assist me as I mentioned unregulated gambling so was just wondering if it’s too late to raise direct with those merchants and if anyone has had similar dealings with them. I’m feeling very disillusioned at the moment with ever getting any money back and just thought this might be worth a try if I’m not out of time (transactions are from May 2024).

Hi, you can tell by the type of license the casino has. And according to a very short list:

https://www.mfcr.cz/cs/kontrolla-a-regulace/hazardni-hry/prehledy-a-statistiky/prehledy-legalnich-provozovatelu-whiteli/2024

Casinos are like any other company, and the customer must consider where it is risky to play and where not. Unfortunately, the world does not work in such a way that the browser will not let you into casinos outside the list of licensed ones at the wave of a wand. If you only want to play in licensed casinos, it is quite simple with the list. On our website, you also have the licensed casinos filtered out:

The legality is not so simple to know what you will win. For example, if you play in a completely unlicensed offshore casino with a very bad review that does not respond to player complaints, you can assume that it will be quite a problem to even contact such a company.

I recommend that you go through this guide:

https://kasinoguru-cz.com/jak-si-vybrat-online-kasino

It is set up so that the player understands what is important in the selection. It should help you at least with the basics.

Oh look at the address! No shock there seeing great portland street mate. What skins is this bud? As a I had skinsonly which was Smpf* I think I never charged them back tho!

What you want to do mate in your review, make sure you ask for proof of an communication trail! Obviously received no receipts, show your own inbox too!

Bit of advice for everyone: If a merchant disputes any transactions from your chargebacks.. ask for a digital communication trail to prove they sent you emails and receipts. They won't have it!

I had it mate from Mydates. No doubt the same company and mine were the same style receipts.

Just ensure you check over it fully.. they used a irish address for me, as well as an Irish phone number.

The advice someone gave me was and some I'll give to you;

- use that website where you can go back and check on a previous date, see if those things were listed or were that price

- try forgot your password see if it sends a reset email

- Go to the steam website and use your email - steam is a platform for pc gaming to buy games. If you've never used it your email attached that receipt Obviously won't work and you don't have an account. THIS IS A PART OF BILLING INFO ON THEIR SITE

- I see they haven't attached your username in the receipts, just your email, try logging in with that! Then forgot your password. If you receive no email this helps to show the receipts are dodgy.

- also request a digital communication trail as you have received no receipts

- request GDPR and SARS,

Make sure you mention steam. Go to their website and use your email and show you have no account. Steam is needed for these purchases

Thats it mate! Just get all the boxes ticked. Touch wood you win the case. I'm still waiting on mydates after pre arb!! Touch wood I win. I'm in the process of a dispute with ByteBloom Labs too from transactions made to them. Had an argument with them over email, threatened them then next day had a few refunds. Only the smaller amounts. They deny any responsibility still which is odd as they are the only people I contact haha! Hopefully get over another grand off them scam artists
