A little warning here for the CG Community: Casino Guru is an open platform where everyone is free to share their thoughts and opinions. We believe in free speech and try to be as non-restrictive as possible. That said, please remember: just because something is posted on the forum doesn’t mean Casino Guru agrees with it or endorses it in any way. We’re really happy to see players engaging in conversations, debating respectfully, and having fun doing so! That’s why we created this platform. However, we’ve noticed a growing trend – not just here, but across other platforms too – where some players, after losing money fairly in a casino, look for ways to get those funds back through their bank or payment provider, often by filing chargebacks or making false claims. We’d like to warn you: this behaviour is not only unfair – it’s also very risky! We’ve already seen and heard stories (here and elsewhere) of people who got into serious trouble trying to go down this route – including closed casino accounts across multiple platforms, closed bank accounts, debts, and even lawsuits (attempted fraud). Attempting fraud or misrepresenting the truth to a bank or provider is never a good idea and could have lasting consequences. So here’s our friendly appeal to all Casino Guru community members: Stand up against unfair and dishonest casinos. Use our Complaints Resolution Center if you need help – you don’t have to fight alone. But please don’t try to get back money you’ve fairly lost. It’s simply not worth the risk. Thanks for being part of our community – and have a great day!

Potentially go fraud/scam route and see if they will reopen the chargeback?

I wish they’d help. It’s virgin money, when I first spoke about it they said as it’s gambling they can’t help. Surely that can’t be as simple as that though right?

No - Is virgin money Visa or Mastercard?

The only route if banks refuse is go complaints then FOS. Unfortunately it appears to be hit and miss on what bank helps us and for what reason we give for chargeback.

Only thing is to approach them again and say the gambling is irrelevant these companies are acting fraudulent and provide all information on him. May work but I assume as rejected then it’s complaints then FOS

Mastercard mate. Is there anywhere I can reach you privately?

Salop1986 on twitter.

Chase always told me no to gambling on Mastercard so went goods not received for the majority. They did process two small ones under fraud I assume as refunded instantly.

Sorry mate not on twitter. Anywhere else? So weird do you think I should retry as goods not received with those?

Hi sorry all for the slow reply work has been crazy, will be home tonight and will try and email you all. I have had refunds from Dsservltd, Ari10, All Kashia variations (Djembe, Sankofa, Empire), Depasify, Cloud Smart Hosty, Artiluxa, I think I may be successful with Eduntage. But sometimes not ALL transactions have been refunded they’ve missed some. But these are the only ones I can help with at the moment, I’m still looking for a lot more 😫 if you want me to help you with the contacts I used please let me know which merchant. With a lot of them they refunded without a reply and I would send to several merchants so don’t always know which is the right one but must be one of them.

Yes I would just say I have gone back through my statements checked and this says digital art, I have not received any digital art. It’s a fine line to tread but that isn’t a lie, you haven’t received it, suppose if challenged about gambling you could say these are digital art I have not received anything, keep it simple.

Okay mate will do, I’ve also contacted said merchants and have been speaking to them for weeks. They said to allow them three weeks for investigation, it’s been over threee weeks. I’ve since contacted them and they are just ghosting me…

This is what has happened to myself and others. Some have had full refunds, I had £15 from finnart out of £240 approx. No refund from artstrid. I’m certain they are the same owners etc.

Mine has been over 3 weeks now, I’ve contacted the owners for a subject access request no update on that either

100% same owner mate. Finnart run by emiga touch Ltd in Ireland. Artstrid run by emerald touch Ltd in Ireland. Set up 1 day apart from each other lol. So obvious…
