A little warning here for the CG Community: Casino Guru is an open platform where everyone is free to share their thoughts and opinions. We believe in free speech and try to be as non-restrictive as possible. That said, please remember: just because something is posted on the forum doesn’t mean Casino Guru agrees with it or endorses it in any way. We’re really happy to see players engaging in conversations, debating respectfully, and having fun doing so! That’s why we created this platform. However, we’ve noticed a growing trend – not just here, but across other platforms too – where some players, after losing money fairly in a casino, look for ways to get those funds back through their bank or payment provider, often by filing chargebacks or making false claims. We’d like to warn you: this behaviour is not only unfair – it’s also very risky! We’ve already seen and heard stories (here and elsewhere) of people who got into serious trouble trying to go down this route – including closed casino accounts across multiple platforms, closed bank accounts, debts, and even lawsuits (attempted fraud). Attempting fraud or misrepresenting the truth to a bank or provider is never a good idea and could have lasting consequences. So here’s our friendly appeal to all Casino Guru community members: Stand up against unfair and dishonest casinos. Use our Complaints Resolution Center if you need help – you don’t have to fight alone. But please don’t try to get back money you’ve fairly lost. It’s simply not worth the risk. Thanks for being part of our community – and have a great day!

I told them to block the account months ago due to a gambling habit they said they cannot do anything and ignored me then I lost another £6500 in an hour months later hence my case against them they have only mentioned one transaction of the five the lowest one and declined it they work with the sites as they have Revolut as a payment option its not right at all I sent the email details of me reporting the habit to them to the FOS and copied in their complaints still no reply.

Bank transfers cannot be refunded with chargebacks. The only one that can issue you a refund in this case is the casino itself.

Thats why I recommend to use a debit/credit card to have the chargeback option available.

Unfortunately I think this case is way more complex than what most people here have and therefore not a good basis for getting a positive decision

It isn't me with Payop but I am aware of them from another person. They have had to request SARs and things from them - don't think they are easy to track down. Look like they are some Ukrainian company but claim to be registered in Canada and the US. PayOp are a payment processor. Look what they say on their website btw.

They know they are dodgy so have put a post up to try and deter people lol!

The directors etc are all eastern Europeans it is more likely they own the sites as well so I do not think there is any chance with them to be honest !

issue with Mystake casino from a player in the UK

Guys, im trying to claim back from my bank and they rejected it. A lawyer I know states as im in the uk, I should go after WLPay/ Noda, as they are FCA registered and in the UK, so why are they allowing people on GamStop to play and lose so much? I know it’s my fault and I’m playing the victim lol but I’m trouble cos of my habits.. and no one will help me because I gambled it all irresponsibly
