A little warning here for the CG Community: Casino Guru is an open platform where everyone is free to share their thoughts and opinions. We believe in free speech and try to be as non-restrictive as possible. That said, please remember: just because something is posted on the forum doesn’t mean Casino Guru agrees with it or endorses it in any way. We’re really happy to see players engaging in conversations, debating respectfully, and having fun doing so! That’s why we created this platform. However, we’ve noticed a growing trend – not just here, but across other platforms too – where some players, after losing money fairly in a casino, look for ways to get those funds back through their bank or payment provider, often by filing chargebacks or making false claims. We’d like to warn you: this behaviour is not only unfair – it’s also very risky! We’ve already seen and heard stories (here and elsewhere) of people who got into serious trouble trying to go down this route – including closed casino accounts across multiple platforms, closed bank accounts, debts, and even lawsuits (attempted fraud). Attempting fraud or misrepresenting the truth to a bank or provider is never a good idea and could have lasting consequences. So here’s our friendly appeal to all Casino Guru community members: Stand up against unfair and dishonest casinos. Use our Complaints Resolution Center if you need help – you don’t have to fight alone. But please don’t try to get back money you’ve fairly lost. It’s simply not worth the risk. Thanks for being part of our community – and have a great day!

Hi Guys.

I am so pleased to read of all the successful refunds here and us frustrating the living hell out of these scumbags who pray on problem gamblers. Whilst I was depositing, like the rest of you I assume, I had a gambling block and as the transactions are listed as other things it bypassed that.

I have had a few people ask me about WINTERMADS, they refunded me almost instantly on two occasions, I would suggest keep emailing and creating support tickets. Took maybe 1-4 days for the entire process.

DSLT and Dstl are related to destream.net who also refunded me, these guys however took a little longer, 1-2 weeks.

I'm wondering if anyone could provide me with any info on Visiola Easy Courses, FRENNO, Zfpay the platinum - these are the remaining 3 merchants I have and would receive a refund from all scam merchants.

I think MGA turns a blind eye to this kind of practice. I haven't tried making a complaint directly to the MGA, but I would guess they wouldn't see it as a valid complaint. the whole country is just a money laundering front for god sake

That is correct. One of the most corrupt countries in EU together with Cyprus, Estonia, Lithaunia etc.

Were you only in contact with Deastream via the chat on their webpage or do you have an e-mail? They are not respondent at all to me in the chat.

Visiola is mentioned with supportmail some sites back, people got refunds.

Im 99,9% that platinum is https://theplatinum.co/

Because they got the same shady General payment partner in Africa:

TSINDA ENTERTAINMENT LTD PVT-BEUX5PZ5 P.O. BOX 53854 - 00200, NAIROBI. 9 SPORTS ROAD, WESTLANDS, NAIROBI.

Im still trying to get in contact with Tsinda without results, mailed platinum earlier today.

I'm a bit confused by wintermads as they do seem a genuine company so I don't understand why they have processed transactions for these online casinos, even looking online they feature in fintech publications and there is an interview with their CEO, any ideas what is going on with them and these payments?

I have no idea either to be honest, out of everyone they seem legit more than others too so it doesn't make much sense to me. However, I feel many crypto providers who allow you to deposit to these sites are either unaware we as consumers can chargeback due to these faulty merchant codes and we have found a loophole OR they are praying on us and also hoping we are completely unaware.

I suspect a lot of companies are now being flooded with these sorts of emails and doing further investigation into what is happening now they've had to refund lots of unhappy customers.
