Ok it shows as Uk on my Virgin Credit card ive raised a chargeback on it which is in progress

My bank says this company Kinghills used sumup a Uk regulated payment app used by taxi drivers etc ? they do not allow gambling payments its illegal it states ive emailed them no reply yet from sumup wecare@sumup.com

I looked into this site read all terms and conditions no where on that site gives any info about licence address ect ect or whom it's governed by

Just checked my bank faramp was a place in warszawa in Poland and so was seraphyx and ccskinpro is London based

I registered in a new casino called national bet established on 09/2024 based in Cyprus.

I lost 800 euros completely unannounced they closed my account with a cash balance of 100 euros and a bet slip in progress that I could not manage.

I contact them asking for at least my money which is in there and they reply in general that they are looking into it

What do you advise me to do?
