A little warning here for the CG Community: Casino Guru is an open platform where everyone is free to share their thoughts and opinions. We believe in free speech and try to be as non-restrictive as possible. That said, please remember: just because something is posted on the forum doesn’t mean Casino Guru agrees with it or endorses it in any way. We’re really happy to see players engaging in conversations, debating respectfully, and having fun doing so! That’s why we created this platform. However, we’ve noticed a growing trend – not just here, but across other platforms too – where some players, after losing money fairly in a casino, look for ways to get those funds back through their bank or payment provider, often by filing chargebacks or making false claims. We’d like to warn you: this behaviour is not only unfair – it’s also very risky! We’ve already seen and heard stories (here and elsewhere) of people who got into serious trouble trying to go down this route – including closed casino accounts across multiple platforms, closed bank accounts, debts, and even lawsuits (attempted fraud). Attempting fraud or misrepresenting the truth to a bank or provider is never a good idea and could have lasting consequences. So here’s our friendly appeal to all Casino Guru community members: Stand up against unfair and dishonest casinos. Use our Complaints Resolution Center if you need help – you don’t have to fight alone. But please don’t try to get back money you’ve fairly lost. It’s simply not worth the risk. Thanks for being part of our community – and have a great day!

I bank with halifax, I believe they do allow this. I feel so defeated with it all 😩 everytime I speak to the bank they say they can’t help me. I’ve been battling with them for months!!

I have emailed the company asking for a receipt no response. I’m praying the ombudsman supports me with it all!

Did going to the ombudsman work in your favour? I have asked for transactions and receipts from all merchants and payment providers! Just keep getting ignored 😩

ombudsman wrote that I should get the answer within 30 days. I waiting like 2 months now without any answer so I don’t know what to do 😕

write to the casino that you want them to send you all the data which they have about your account

Something positive this morning from elegro in regards to all nicotfp deposits.

They have asked me to ask my back to start the refund process so now just got to make chase do it.

Morning mate,

Was the one that went straight back in just 1 transaction or a few?

Just glad I found this thread and everyone is sticking together and helping.

On another positive side I'm finally getting the help I need and been 8 days gamble free so far.

Well done it’s probably the most difficult thing I’ve had to deal with for addiction.

Two transfers went straight in both Donbet but two different merchants, not sure if it’s because I called and they understood. I’m not hopeful on the live chat only small amount £40 but still I want it back.

It appears from others credit cards are easier to claim back from

Omg you use donbet aswell...all mine are regarding these. I've had no luck at all contacting them personally.

About £8,000 for me is pixeleum and finnart.io ongoing with chase now to make them realise that these are crypto related websites.

They tried to tell me that they don't know much about NFT's and blockchain to which my response was...

Hi Johnathon,

Just seems strange to me that Chase blocks all crypto currency etc but even has its own crypto coin and even NFT's in the metaverse. So as chase bank you can't tell me you don't realise that NFT's are crypto related. This goes huge towards me in the fact these transactions should have been blocked

I hope it all gets resolved, yes the money back would be nice but getting away from this addiction and making others aware is important.

Pixeleum was on mine, that got refunded after a call to Chase the next day, not huge amounts I think £80 over two transactions. Donbet refused the refund so went to Chase they are not keen to help though so had to push them a bit.

I think the fact they refuse to even chargeback the FOS will side with us.

Anyone had any success with fomiline uab?

Well at the minute chase are going down the scam route?

So when that gets rejected I'll go down the route against chase and the fact they should have blocked these deposits and that will hopefully be a win.

Mad to think the have their own Crypto coin and also a bank in the metaverse so they can't tell me they don't know what it all is.

Looks like they are trying to protect themselves.

I'm the same. Pixeleum, Finnart and Wintermads were most of my transactions. Waiting for my complaint with the bank still.

We will win and we will fight...let's keep hammering the banks until they realise what's going and hopefully stop others being able to deposit to these shady companies.

Looks like I’m screwed of around 5k at least. Jokabet have removed the UK out of their restricted countries list meaning I have no leg to stand on regarding their terms not allowing people from the uk to play. I’m sure this wasn’t the case when I joined.

I dont really know what to do….
