Wintermads and Pixeleum have gone quiet. How long did it take others to get a reply and an eventual refund from these or do I just quit waiting and go straight to my bank?

Pixeleum won't refund my mate. They Will make fake receipts for everything. You have no hope with them.

I got another £11000 back today on my bank account I thought it was £13000 i may have counted it wrong just got the £2000 pending cases with wise now

The bank declined all mine for this reason. They provided receipts. I'm with natwest and they blocked me from making any further chargebacks with anyone so just be careful my mate

Be safe now. Withdraw it from the bank and keep all tendencies away from gambling. Look after yourself and last but not least enjoy the money back🙂

Thanks very much ! I have been paying of all my debts but trying to keep a bit to enjoy the debts are vast but much better now I was on the verge of a debt arrangement again which is a nightmare as had a trust deed for £67000 but deffo leaned my lesson now no more non gamstop sites I have started doing the lottery good luck youself

What did u told the Ombudsman, that they using wrong merchant code ? And u Never bought there something or u told him that its for Gambling etc.

Thanks to you there are 3 big companies that ive had no luck with and the fake receipts And I have just contacted the ombudsman and they believe I have a case. As I said to them who purchases £1300 of ebooks in a week.. this is something that should be picked up on.


So I need to get the ball rolling and start from there.
