A little warning here for the CG Community: Casino Guru is an open platform where everyone is free to share their thoughts and opinions. We believe in free speech and try to be as non-restrictive as possible. That said, please remember: just because something is posted on the forum doesn’t mean Casino Guru agrees with it or endorses it in any way. We’re really happy to see players engaging in conversations, debating respectfully, and having fun doing so! That’s why we created this platform. However, we’ve noticed a growing trend – not just here, but across other platforms too – where some players, after losing money fairly in a casino, look for ways to get those funds back through their bank or payment provider, often by filing chargebacks or making false claims. We’d like to warn you: this behaviour is not only unfair – it’s also very risky! We’ve already seen and heard stories (here and elsewhere) of people who got into serious trouble trying to go down this route – including closed casino accounts across multiple platforms, closed bank accounts, debts, and even lawsuits (attempted fraud). Attempting fraud or misrepresenting the truth to a bank or provider is never a good idea and could have lasting consequences. So here’s our friendly appeal to all Casino Guru community members: Stand up against unfair and dishonest casinos. Use our Complaints Resolution Center if you need help – you don’t have to fight alone. But please don’t try to get back money you’ve fairly lost. It’s simply not worth the risk. Thanks for being part of our community – and have a great day!

How long did it take Wintermads to sort yours mate? They're telling me they need a 2-3 week investigation. That seems a bit excessive

I have had another one appear Tallio Construction AN, seem to be able to contact them online so may see what comes of that before going chargeback.

Will update all

Investigation first

Iv found who ZPGD are and it’s so annoying as they are linked to a Huge company who won’t get involved as their payments must pass 3d authentication

No rush mate -It's Wintermads and Pixeleum that I have the most transactions with

I managed to get chase to chargeback Pixeleum, have you tried the bank on those ones? I think due to pixeleum being NFT/crypto based that Chase should be blocking those transactions, a lot of UK banks are blocking crypto nowadays.

Ah interesting. I'll have had contact from them over email, but I'm not very confident they'll do anything with it. Maybe I'll go straight to my bank then.

I couldn’t find the details so I just went to Chase, who were a pain to begin with but when I spoke to them and didn’t use the live chat it was refunded the day later, assuming because even if they did provide evidence of goods being received that Chase don’t allow crypto etc

Thanks mate, I'll go down that route. My bank doesn't allow crypto transactions either.

I think it’s the same principles as the gambling when you have a block on it/credit card that they are more willing to help as the incorrect code has bypassed them and they don’t want to be held responsible so they process the chargeback.

I may be incorrect on this part but any of the ones that say digital art or similar are crypto/nft based

Thanks J, I have raised a dispute with my bank now.

Other than the obious, is there anything you specifically said which abled them to get it dealt with quickly?

I'm worried this is going to be a long drawn out process that eventually results in me getting declined.

Also, were all your transactions within the 120 day chargeback period?

Yes in the period was like 2 days after the payment cleared.

Not sure there was anything specific, I just remember it being a pain on the live chat then they said due to the nature of it you must call up. When I called them I just said I wanted to gamble but this company has taken money instead, and explained the incorrect codes.

I think it’s real hit and miss from these banks, looking back over this thread once chargeback is initiated then there are very rarely any comebacks from these merchants maybe one or two but it seems like they go uncontested and we get it back.

Hopefully all gets sorted for you, I have a mix of credit card (seeing the outcome as only tried two days ago) and debit (waiting for it go from pending) going through, hopefully we are all on here in a few weeks celebrating our money back haha
