Arcoment shows on my statement as Arcomet Warsawza PL - the only company I could find was Arcomet Polska Sp. z o. o. which dissolved in 2022.


Fatamp also shows as Fatamp Warsawza PL so wondering if they are the same / similar with a different name

Apparently merchant refunded me but I didn't receive the refund.

Merchant gave me a ARN code but bank doesn't know what the ARN code is for and are not using it to check for the refund.

Any ideas what I can do here?
