I read somewhere on this thread that Fatamp = Faramp = Mobilium so I reached out to support@mobilum.com

Arcoment shows on my statement as Arcomet Warsawza PL - the only company I could find was Arcomet Polska Sp. z o. o. which dissolved in 2022.

Fatamp also shows as Fatamp Warsawza PL so wondering if they are the same / similar with a different name

Apparently merchant refunded me but I didn't receive the refund.

Merchant gave me a ARN code but bank doesn't know what the ARN code is for and are not using it to check for the refund.

Any ideas what I can do here?

Ask your bank for a competent advisor.

How long did it take to get the refund? Usually a maximum of 5 business days. I usually had my credit card refund within 1-2 days

My bank could not find the "refunds" from transact world. Their answer was:

Unfortunately, we are not able to track transactions that went from another company and did not reach us. The company may itself contact its bank to investigate what happened with the transactions

No, been trying to get in contact with them everyday since they told me that i was supposed to get refunded. They only answer me once every 2-3 weeks…
