I'm currently in contact with Chain Valley; they're doing everything they can to avoid refunding my payments—they're telling lies. I should reject them again; I'll forward this to the ombudsman. 

Same copy and paste for every merchant. "This merchant has used a masked mcc code to hide the true reflection of the transaction."

Those random descriptors are usually just the payment processor, not the casino. I’d ask your bank what MCC was used and request the transaction details in writing. That’s the only thing that ever helped me move a complaint forward

It was to the USupport email for "PRILING" I had like £2000 worth of PRILING. I noticed they refunded you for it so I don’t know why they’re being so F@king tight with me. I’ve sent like 20 emails this morning to them I’m gutted about it. They refunded £25 for one in April to "Craftwared Atelier" whoever those muppets are.
