I found them however thry do not refund

Anyone ever had chargebacks raised once its gone to the complaimts team ? Bearing in mind i have tons of evidence that goods/services wqanr received

I’ve seen this situation come up a lot in this thread. "waleto" (and countless other random seller names) isn’t usually a real company you can contact it’s just a label that appears on your card statement for the payment processor or the seller registered in the system.

If you truly didn’t receive what you paid for, it’s best to gather clear evidence (receipts, emails/chats, withdrawal attempts, terms of service, timeline of events) and file a dispute through your bank or card issuer. But don’t follow the advice to "just return everything" that people constantly post here, because if these were ordinary gambling losses and you file a false claim, it could backfire on you, as the forum moderator warns.

Additionally, if you can provide a detailed description of the transaction + country code/date + information on whether it was a Visa or Mastercard, people can usually tell you if it matches one of the known processor clusters mentioned above (Passpoint/Hashtrix, etc.).
