Can you not try logging in to the website for merchant, and send that to show you don’t even have an account with them, or check your website history for that particular day to show you didn’t even access that website 🤷‍♀️ check emails to see if you had confirmation of deposit from casino

All good ideas but I don’t even know the website for HUPIEWE- I’ve asked MBNA to confirm their website so I can access the skin that I’ve so called purchased. I’ve submitted about 15 with them and they have only disputed 1 payment so far - so it’s not the end of the world.
