Question about Gambling websites with Curaçao license using incorrect Merchant Category code (page 1,373)

You wont get it back then mine were all incorrect merchant coding etc the theme of this forum

The bank done them all for me raised them all after I raised a complaint they said it was a loophole and it was due to the way they had taken the money

They cant if its correctly coded to gambling !

Hi nik i might have find a link to the rndrdream as i have emailed someone and just of my first initial email withouy attaching screenshots or anything only mentioning the rndrdream discriptor they said send us the screenahots of the transactions and we will get you sorted out , i sent these friday at 4pm so gonna wait till tomorrow to see what there nxt reply is , if they refund i will send you all the info asap , but i am thinkinh wjy else would they reply that there obvs aware of who rndrdream is surely or else they would say not us

In your complaint to bank regarding santeda and Ryker. What did you say ? They won’t budge from that they are gambling transactions and don’t want to risk any cifas etc

My initial email was 5th of april (Sunday), they replied on 6th asking for info and then again on 6th saying they’d look into it and on 7th they confirmed they’d refund me and it came into my account early hours of 9th! And that sounds promising about rndrdream thank you 🙂

I had told them it was gambling on non gamstop casinos ! I already told you that then they raised them all none of mine showed as gambling it was incorrect merchant coding as per entire forum

I’m going to call back and state the incorrect MCC. I have Gamstop activated and managed to gamble on offshore company. However people say on here the second you mention gambling the banks want nothing to do with it.

Looking at doing bank disputes. Initially contacted my bank today and went with goods not recieved. Said it was digital art.

my bank had a look and said the MCC was gambling related so I could not dispute, quizzed me loads asking if I gamble etc . Really worried about getting a marker.

is there anyway I could ever get these disputed? It’s strange as in the past I raised one dispute against the same merchant for goods not recieved and it won. However now the bank want nothing to do with it?
