Honestly I am not getting anywhere with refunds anymore still struggling with NovaArcade (emailed them but ignore), a55, Arcadiaxnet (they emailed back and basically admitted that they were routed elsewhere) 😂, raypd, nexbric also ignoring, Cardaq also ignoring 😂😂

If you email the processor help@paddle.com these are payments that say London on your bank these are the processors to a lot off transactions you can tell them who it is and they can give you the full merchants email address to direct contact.

Could you please explain in more detail which merchants/descriptors Paddle.com processed payments for in your case, and whether Paddle issued you any refunds? Thank you in advance.

So paddle themselfs don't issue the refund you email the list to them. They then send you through to a payment page in that payment page it asks for amount in the amount your charged in debit card last 4 number off card and you input the date if it brings up the payment it takes you to the actual merchants details and then you can request refund directly.
