It was just an email confirming that the casino i used was illegal, but you can also go on there website and type the casino name and it will say if they have a licence, you then screenshot this and can use as evidence, you can email them but they take about 20 days to reply

Pprince refund. I got one from them 4 weeks ago. But don't tell them it's casino related. Use a different email and tell them you have unauthorised payments on your bank account that you've never heard off them and you want this refunding asap. They refunded me the next day after contact.

This practice is misleading, appears designed to disguise gambling transactions, and breaches Mastercard rules on accurate merchant identification misrepresentation (code4853) and transaction laundering.Had I known the casino was unlicensed and disguising transactions, I would not have authorised these payments.
