With sonect its been a few weeks and no refund but after hounding them with emails yesterday I got my first response saying they will investigate. Was this the same for you? My transactions are quite old so not sure if they will refund.

They responded to my email the day later I sent it. 4 days later refunds appeared.

They cant process money anymore.

They frauded also over Fakeshops where they sold Watches.
