On the dota2store website if you try buy something it takes you to this page that says gratapay, but i cant find anythingon them

With sonect its been a few weeks and no refund but after hounding them with emails yesterday I got my first response saying they will investigate. Was this the same for you? My transactions are quite old so not sure if they will refund.

They responded to my email the day later I sent it. 4 days later refunds appeared.

They cant process money anymore.

They frauded also over Fakeshops where they sold Watches.

Central Bank of Czech busted them

Don’t raise chargeback they give false documents

And ?? When you show you contacted them and tried to solve the issue and you never got any answer you will win the chargeback.

They are all fraudulent and if you go with the chargeback process you just have to fullfill all the visa needs.

Ahah if only it was that simple,they create fake documents showing they delivered goods to you or whatever you said to raise chargeback

They counter everything you said in the chargeback raise by creating fake docs
