A few years ago I received a contact address for VISA payments from a good friend of mine. The only answer I got (the answer went to my lawyer) was that the man who handles these things is on vacation and he will respond when he gets back. As of today he is still on vacation.

The email is directly from VISA 😉

If you email the above address you should be pointed in the right direction. It took me ages to get responses but every week I just kept sending them the emails.

I didn’t get all my deposits back but got refunded of around 60% and had to sign a disclaimer.
