A little warning here for the CG Community: Casino Guru is an open platform where everyone is free to share their thoughts and opinions. We believe in free speech and try to be as non-restrictive as possible. That said, please remember: just because something is posted on the forum doesn’t mean Casino Guru agrees with it or endorses it in any way. We’re really happy to see players engaging in conversations, debating respectfully, and having fun doing so! That’s why we created this platform. However, we’ve noticed a growing trend – not just here, but across other platforms too – where some players, after losing money fairly in a casino, look for ways to get those funds back through their bank or payment provider, often by filing chargebacks or making false claims. We’d like to warn you: this behaviour is not only unfair – it’s also very risky! We’ve already seen and heard stories (here and elsewhere) of people who got into serious trouble trying to go down this route – including closed casino accounts across multiple platforms, closed bank accounts, debts, and even lawsuits (attempted fraud). Attempting fraud or misrepresenting the truth to a bank or provider is never a good idea and could have lasting consequences. So here’s our friendly appeal to all Casino Guru community members: Stand up against unfair and dishonest casinos. Use our Complaints Resolution Center if you need help – you don’t have to fight alone. But please don’t try to get back money you’ve fairly lost. It’s simply not worth the risk. Thanks for being part of our community – and have a great day!

I really don't know but the casino I used was using fake merchants to bypass the bank and gambling blocks however I keep getting dribs and drabs back I usually just deposit £10 a time and I'm recieving some back every other day but not the full amount I'm so confused I've done so much research however I can't find anything

You should call your bank, and find out why the chargebacks were rejected. Did they acknowledge the chargebacks and raise them? Or did they straight up reject raising them

They raised them I provided proof of everything they said they would look into it and said they couldn't do a chargeback I'm now recieving some money back directly from the merchants so I'm just confused as to why they are returning the money if the casino rejected and the chargeback rejected

I've rang the bank and they said there is nothing they can do at this point

I'm just confused as to why the merchants are sending me the money back it's definitely the deposits I used also so it's something to do with the casino but I don't know what and I'm unsure if I will only get a few of these "refunds but not all of them

Haha I thought you might say that I was using that I'm getting money back but there's nothing telling me that I'm getting this money back it just shows up in my accounts a little at a time so hopefully I get it back

I know I won't be gambling again worst addiction out there

And it's terrible these sites are letting players with gambling blocks use them and targeting them

hopefully this helps, it was posted 9momths ago:

"Hi everyone

Just abit of an update!

I have finally managed to get monzo to dispute 10k back from TRVRS / TREVERS

Its take 4 disputes being raised and 3 complaints and tagging them into an email with the Financial ombudsman.

I have sent them a mountain of evidence showing that Curacao casinos are laundering money through UK companies.

An that many transactions had been duplicated Aswell as them being a fraudulent MMC.

Monzo are an absolute nightmare to lease with.

I was very honest that yes I spent it on gambling but explained heavily on the, I have only ever deposited directly into a casino, an that they where using fake MMCs registered in the UK

If anyone needs this

The TRVRS address is: 128 City Road, London, United Kingdom, EC1V 2NX\London\BN1 4DU 1 GBR"
