A little warning here for the CG Community: Casino Guru is an open platform where everyone is free to share their thoughts and opinions. We believe in free speech and try to be as non-restrictive as possible. That said, please remember: just because something is posted on the forum doesn’t mean Casino Guru agrees with it or endorses it in any way. We’re really happy to see players engaging in conversations, debating respectfully, and having fun doing so! That’s why we created this platform. However, we’ve noticed a growing trend – not just here, but across other platforms too – where some players, after losing money fairly in a casino, look for ways to get those funds back through their bank or payment provider, often by filing chargebacks or making false claims. We’d like to warn you: this behaviour is not only unfair – it’s also very risky! We’ve already seen and heard stories (here and elsewhere) of people who got into serious trouble trying to go down this route – including closed casino accounts across multiple platforms, closed bank accounts, debts, and even lawsuits (attempted fraud). Attempting fraud or misrepresenting the truth to a bank or provider is never a good idea and could have lasting consequences. So here’s our friendly appeal to all Casino Guru community members: Stand up against unfair and dishonest casinos. Use our Complaints Resolution Center if you need help – you don’t have to fight alone. But please don’t try to get back money you’ve fairly lost. It’s simply not worth the risk. Thanks for being part of our community – and have a great day!

The banks want recipt from all the transactions from merchants and proof of interactions ect. It's impossible to prove as these merchants are ignoring my emails. The casino in question using the fake merchants are not responding. I just don't know what to do 😔

Why don’t you email the casino asking to reopen your account, then you can get the transactions. They’ll let you reopen if they don’t know you’re trying to chargeback

Has anyone complained to Curacao gaming? It took them nearly a month to come to a decision that they’re siding with the casino. The casino didn’t even send one message in the thread by the way & the casino didn’t abide by their T&C’s which I showed proof of, but Ninewin casino seems to be valued by Curacao for some reason. Also Ninewin has so many fake reviews. I’ve reported them to trustpilot. Nearly every 5 star review is dodgy. They’ve only ever left one review and it’s for Ninewin, and sometimes the review doesn’t even make sense. I saw one which said, great service will come again?

Once the casino account is closed, it is as secure as a nun's pussy, it will stay closed.

I have had a response from grotbooks. Smh the email. I sent was clear stipulating fraudulent activity on my bank account due to miscoding of merchants and their merchants and mydate plus others are being used. Either they are complicit at it seems 1 person is linked to a couple of the companies or they are totally oblivious.??? Either way why The link to a illegal gambiling site. They have basically asked for my registration email when I joined up SMH and said the GDPR is private which is bull so I have reminded them. If I put in a request for a GDPR then you must provide its the law. They know I haven't bought anything. I also mentioned in the email that I know that it's 1 person registered behind these companies making these transactions but has used slightly changed first names. D. O. B remains the same SMH

I have just responded so let's see what's next

Best of luck. They stopped replying once I asked for the supposed order information after they verified my ID. In their policy, they have a refund policy within 7 days as long as the books haven’t been read more than 10%. I emailed asking for a refund within the 7 days and as I haven’t gotten any books, I obviously haven’t read them. They haven’t replied to that either. Surely with them confirming they have an order under my card, and my email requesting a refund being ignored, this can be grounds for a chargeback? I’m still waiting for my bank to call me to see what the next steps will be

I had a reply from grottobooks basically saying chargeback the transaction good luck

They haven’t refunded me. They made me take it to CEG who rejected my complaint. I have seen they do refund some people, if you kick up a big fuss, but they’re saying I’m to blame, so I guess it’s just who they pick and choose..

Curacao, Estonia, MGA, or any other non national license is not a real license.

They are just run by corrupt governments. There is 0 protection or safety.

You're wasting your time.
