I did not classify the transactions as gambling. I raised three separate disputes on different days for transactions under the MCC "Games and Entertainment Services." All three disputes were automatically rejected at almost exactly the same time — approximately 1 hour and 3 minutes after being raised.

Because the rejection timing is identical in all cases, it appears that the disputes were closed automatically by the system without being reviewed by a human agent. I do not understand why this is happening, as no explanation or manual feedback was provided.

I am concerned that my account may have been flagged, or that disputes related to this MCC are being auto-rejected regardless of the details.

Lo and behold they got in touch today asking me to initiate chargeback, go get them folks
