A little warning here for the CG Community: Casino Guru is an open platform where everyone is free to share their thoughts and opinions. We believe in free speech and try to be as non-restrictive as possible. That said, please remember: just because something is posted on the forum doesn’t mean Casino Guru agrees with it or endorses it in any way. We’re really happy to see players engaging in conversations, debating respectfully, and having fun doing so! That’s why we created this platform. However, we’ve noticed a growing trend – not just here, but across other platforms too – where some players, after losing money fairly in a casino, look for ways to get those funds back through their bank or payment provider, often by filing chargebacks or making false claims. We’d like to warn you: this behaviour is not only unfair – it’s also very risky! We’ve already seen and heard stories (here and elsewhere) of people who got into serious trouble trying to go down this route – including closed casino accounts across multiple platforms, closed bank accounts, debts, and even lawsuits (attempted fraud). Attempting fraud or misrepresenting the truth to a bank or provider is never a good idea and could have lasting consequences. So here’s our friendly appeal to all Casino Guru community members: Stand up against unfair and dishonest casinos. Use our Complaints Resolution Center if you need help – you don’t have to fight alone. But please don’t try to get back money you’ve fairly lost. It’s simply not worth the risk. Thanks for being part of our community – and have a great day!

Thank you so much bro.

My money was illegally confiscated by those casinos and I was stuck for months receiving automated responses from support, his method really helped me out and allowed me to get a refund after 24 hours. The provider's list is especially crucial and a game changer. Again, thank you so much and big vouch for this guy.

Answered you. If anyone prefers, just send me your @ tg or user on discord so it's easy to contact you and talk there, aswell as being easy to send proof of everything if you request.

Hi,

I want to approach this in a straightforward and human way. It’s entirely possible that what you’re doing may be useful to some people, and I don’t doubt that you’ve had interactions where players felt helped.

At the same time, this forum exists primarily for players and player-to-player support. It’s not designed to host business models, recovery services, or customer acquisition—especially when the person offering the help does not participate here as a player.

Even if a service can be beneficial, we can’t reasonably allow commercial-style practices on a player forum, nor the moving of conversations to private channels like Discord or Telegram. Past experience shows that this creates confusion and exposes vulnerable users to unnecessary risk.

To keep this fair and transparent for everyone, we’ll do the following:

You have 24 hours to share, publicly in this thread, the concrete information or guidance you believe can help players—openly, without conditions, and free for anyone to read. General explanations, warnings, or educational insights are welcome.

If your help requires private contact, external communities, or operates as a service (paid or otherwise), then it doesn’t fit the purpose of this forum and needs to stop here.

This isn’t meant as a personal attack, but as a boundary. We have to keep the forum focused on players, not on services built around them.

Thank you for your cooperation.

Hello Radka,

No worries at all. I understand this is not a personal attack. You’re simply doing your job, and that’s completely fine.

First of all, I am not making anyone pay for anything. My main focus is helping people who are experiencing issues with gambling, and I genuinely believe those people should be supported.

Whenever someone asks me for information, I provide it only if I have verified details about the providers they mention. I can also provide proof of the emails I’ve sent when required. If I don’t have information about a specific provider, I clearly say so and apologise. I don’t gamble across hundreds of casinos, which is why my list is limited (currently around 142 providers).

When someone contacts me asking, "Do you have information about provider X, Y, or Z?", my first response is simply to share their official websites or contact details. After that, I explain what I do, ask whether they would like additional information, and I always finish by wishing them good luck with their situation.

Given this, I’m genuinely trying to understand how this violates the forum rules.

I’d also like to raise a broader point. As one of the largest gambling-related forums worldwide, this platform actively promotes casinos that are illegal in certain jurisdictions. Some of these casinos engage in practices that directly harm players, yet they are still promoted. I believe this is worth reflecting on.

Additionally, the forum does not offer private messaging or alternative ways to contact members. Because of that limitation, the only option to communicate is by sharing an email or social contact. Posting large datasets or spreadsheets publicly is simply not practical.

To be clear: I am not a scammer, and I am not trying to take advantage of anyone. I’ve been in the same position as many people here, and I’m grateful that I can now help others navigate a very harmful industry. I never force anyone to do anything, and I fully recognise that in some cases professional or medical help is necessary and I actively encourage people to seek it.

I do not charge, I do not pressure, and I only share information when I genuinely have it.

Thank you for your time. If anyone needs help, feel free to send the provider names by email, as this is currently the only available method of contact. You can reach me at [email protected] or send me your @ tg or disc username. Easier to communicate there.

He just checked a post of my discord server that was over 1 month old and price as being updated lately since more people have joined. Like i said, in my portuguese community, i kept increasing price for every 3/4 new people that was coming in. Price sits as what i told you.

And now, let's focus on just providers because that's what we're doing here, helping people.

easyswapper.io this is a provider i got couple times and they refund via e-mail. [email protected]; [email protected]

this is the info i have on them if someone needs it.

Got it on Revolut with that exact same name. Need to ask the client for the statement itself but it shows exactly that name in a deposit.
