A little warning here for the CG Community: Casino Guru is an open platform where everyone is free to share their thoughts and opinions. We believe in free speech and try to be as non-restrictive as possible. That said, please remember: just because something is posted on the forum doesn’t mean Casino Guru agrees with it or endorses it in any way. We’re really happy to see players engaging in conversations, debating respectfully, and having fun doing so! That’s why we created this platform. However, we’ve noticed a growing trend – not just here, but across other platforms too – where some players, after losing money fairly in a casino, look for ways to get those funds back through their bank or payment provider, often by filing chargebacks or making false claims. We’d like to warn you: this behaviour is not only unfair – it’s also very risky! We’ve already seen and heard stories (here and elsewhere) of people who got into serious trouble trying to go down this route – including closed casino accounts across multiple platforms, closed bank accounts, debts, and even lawsuits (attempted fraud). Attempting fraud or misrepresenting the truth to a bank or provider is never a good idea and could have lasting consequences. So here’s our friendly appeal to all Casino Guru community members: Stand up against unfair and dishonest casinos. Use our Complaints Resolution Center if you need help – you don’t have to fight alone. But please don’t try to get back money you’ve fairly lost. It’s simply not worth the risk. Thanks for being part of our community – and have a great day!

About a week.

I had to send a second email to follow up.

I wrote the usual things

"I have transactions to dispute as notified by my bank and I have not received any goods or services."

I did yes. Good luck

Thanks for replying. May I ask how many emails you had to send and if you received a response? Or did they simply refund you?

On the other hand, when was that refund issued?

Thank you so much again. This is a great help.

Be careful with Kryptonim. They are ruthless. The response I’ve just had from them is disgusting and putting blame on us. How can they keep getting away with this? It’s sickening.

Hi everyone,

This is my first time posting, I have been following for some time. I have been fighting addiction for a long time and lapsed back in September. I tried to dispute some transactions which were made to Transferop via bank transfer for Kinghills, Monzo has refused to raise the dispute. Has anyone had any luck raising bank transfer disputes? I emailed Transferop via their info email but got no response.

I have disputed card transactions in the past and have always struggled with Mastercard, Starling/Monzo/Revolut have normally refused disputing transactions. However I have had success with Halifax/Barclays but this was several years ago.

One company which were very helpful was Zopa, who disputed every transaction on my credit card (roughly 20-30 amounting to around 8k from a number of different payment providers) and got all my money back, but they did mention that they would only do this once as I shouldn't be using my credit card to gamble. This was last year.

If anyone can help with Transferop I would be really appreciative, these casinos need to be shut down and hate they are seemingly getting away with their behaviour more and more now as banks just don't seem to care to fight against them.

I found on Google a lawyer in Poland who filed a lawsuit against them for payment.

Hey guys, I've been on a long break. I'll take my time reading through some of the messages and see if I can help you out with some merchants.

In the meantime, I need help tracking down this trader: RENCS2
