I assure you it's them because I received refunds. But you have to insist and threaten legal action.

sent an email to support@floxydy.com stating there were 5 transactions from September but haven't yet received any goods or order confirmation from them and listed the transactions and last 4 digits of card number.

And that was it, they refunded within 24 hours

Many of those stores refunded my money. But it was through my bank for merchandise not received. Unfortunately, the stores didn't cooperate amicably.
