When I went to play it there was zero balance so I went to live chat.

I mean, if you have to use "your own funds" to complete the wagering requirement, then you need to deposit the funds first I guess.

I just want to let you know that we received e-mails from a few players from different countries and they were told basically the same by the customer support. It really seems that the casino gave us wrong information about the bonus, but we're still waiting for their reply.
