One of the main problems for me is to finding an internship or first job in the Gambling industry, even though I finish the iGaming compliance course and other courses related to Gaming. Can someone help me and give me advice?

First of all, the easiest way of starting your career in igaming is to start working as a customer support agent in a casino. The problem is that it's much easier to get hired when you come from Nordic countries, Germany and the UK. Casinos always need agents from these countries.

You should also focus on jobs and casinos that are based in Malta, since many casinos are based right there. Your other option is to look for a job in an affiliate business that is related to gambling. I know that LCB.org has many employees from Serbia so you may give it a try.

I also noticed that Playtech (the gaming provider) did free summer internships in past so that could be your next option. Unfortunately as far as I can see, the applications are already closed for this year: https://www.playtech.ee/internship

To sum it up, you don't need to focus on jobs in online casinos, but you may try game providers and affiliate businesses as well. There's also an option to work for different game providers (NetEnt, Evolution, Authentic etc.) as a live dealer and start your career in the business. I know a few online casino managers who used to start as live dealers or land-based casino croupiers.
