Player protection? Casino bypasses credit card gambling block

Hi everyone, I’m new to the forum and I wanted to ask if Casino Guru supports online casinos using false MCC codes?

I had myself blocked from online gambling by my credit card providers, but despite this I’ve been able to make deposits at an online casino for more than a year. The casino seems to bypass these blocks by using intermediaries such as Estolio Ltd., Clickbank, etc., and by applying false MCCs.

I chose to set up these blocks because I am/was struggling with gambling addiction, and I find it outrageous that this casino operates in such a way.

Between January 2024 and mid-July 2025 I lost more than €5,000 because of this!

This is definitely not what I would call player-friendly…

We surely do not support anything like that, but please understand that it is completely out of our hands to do anything about it. Only licensing authorities can control such things, not us. We are just mediators between casinos and players, fighting for fair play, you know.

Well, this isn’t fair play and against your „codex". All the more frightening that my complaint was simply rejected.
