Good day ,

maybe I had such a problem here before. I need help and here is what happened. I won 2800 euros in the online casino (Wunderino), then paid these 2800 euros to my bank account. The next day I'm to work (late shift from 1 p.m. to 9 p.m.) and when I finished work I wanted to see whether the money might already be in my account. Unfortunately, I then noticed an email saying that the payout was canceled. There could be various reasons for this, such as missing documents or something else. But since I was always able to pay out my winnings without any problems, I wrote to the live chat. She claimed I canceled the payout myself. But I didn't do that. Then I asked where the money is now and she said she has to have it checked by the finance department. Then the answer came that I supposedly gambled away the money after canceling the payout. Then I said that I was working and that it can't be. Then I got the history sent where you can see that I allegedly played the game with a stake of 100 euros.

like i said i was working. Live alone and nobody has access to my data. And honestly, I can't imagine someone hacking my account to gamble away the money I have won. They'd prefer to get hold of the money somehow.

does anyone have any advice on what i can do.

ps Currently my account has been temporarily blocked because it is being checked who has played.

I actually remember few similar cases to this one. In some cases, it could be someone who knows your login and password and simply gambles away the money. But the casino can usually see: which device was used to log in, browser, IP address.

Simply said, if you usually log in from your iPhone 12, you're connected to your local wifi in Frankfurt and play 50 cents stakes and then someone logs in with PC, Windows from London, then it's clear it's not you.
