i have won a great deal of money at the loki casino, is anyone in here who has had trouble getting paid from them.and how long does it take. I would say they do what they can to delay my approval of documents.

Hi, can you please describe in more detail what they do in order to delay your withdrawal according to you? Maybe we could tell you if it's a standard procedure or not.

I keep sending the same pictures, quality not ok they say, I just got my driver's license after 8 attempts. Is it normal that it takes so long to get approved. You could be tempted to believe that the more I win the greater the chance that they will fail to approve me, I am a normal Danish law-abiding citizen.

Some casinos have 1-2 checkers only and they just not accepting anything except high q pics, and alse they are idiots.

One time they rejected my bill 2x and after sending in after talking on live chat they approved it.. same pic

so don't worry, i also hate this things, but some casinos are really hard to verify..

It's necessary to take into account that the casino consists of individuals who can have different knowledge or even different opinion on which picture is good enough or not. It simply happens that some documents can be accepted by one support agent and the other one rejects it.

All I can advise to martin1270 is to follow the instructions from the casino. Yes, it might be time consuming, but the main point is that you want to get your money from the casino, right? Once you get it, you can decide based on your experience if you want to continue playing in that casino or simply move to another one.

Deposited 40 euros at this dubious online casino. The amount is visible but not playable. A possible refund is not possible. I have uploaded all possible screenshots without success, I will now report it.
