unfortunately got a letter from the police yesterday with the subpoena as accused of illegal gambling.

Of course I didn't play in online casinos during the period mentioned. (Gammix ltd. Casinos with Mga license)

I've been advised not to comment.

Was wondering if anyone had the same problem before?

And do I need to hire a lawyer? (Since access to files, etc. can quickly cost 1000 euros, I would like to save myself that..)
