Discussion about article: Loyalty programs

And how does the loyalty program work here at Casino Guru, and what are the levels for?

Hello, based on what I can see, we have a ranking system rather than a loyalty program. At least I think that’s what you’re referring to, unless I’m misunderstood. 🙂

If you click on the golden badge on your profile picture, you should be able to see more information about it, including the details I’ve shared with you as well.

yes the rankinf system my bad I try to press but nothing

Click on your profile and there is information about it. 🙂

Or if you click on your profile, there also should be possibility to click on you gold sign on your profile photo. 🙂

I prefer a tiered program where I can see what each level requires and what I get in return. Invitation-only clubs are less appealing to me if they don't even explain the entry requirements.

Hey, that’s a very good approach. I’d also like to add something I discovered about special VIP rooms. In some cases, they host players from several casinos, and if there’s a problem with a payout or something else goes wrong, it’s not always clear which operator should handle it.

In my opinion, that’s also worth considering before joining a special VIP room that isn’t directly linked to one specific casino.

Loyalty programs are a nice way to reward regular players

Faster withdrawals seem like a rather odd VIP perk. Extra cashback or a small gift makes sense, but immediate withdrawals should be the norm, even for those who deposit small amounts.
