I would like to share my recent experience with Nino Gaming and ask whether anyone has experienced the same issue.
My account currently has a balance of PHP 941,170.17.
I have attempted multiple withdrawals using Maya:
- PHP 5,000
- PHP 10,000
- PHP 20,000
- PHP 30,000
- PHP 50,000
Every single withdrawal failed with the exact same error:
"Access Token missing — user may still be authenticating. If over 10 mins, reject and ask user to retry."
The transaction history always shows:
Submitted → Processed → Rejected
I contacted live support several times.
Their only response has been:
"We have escalated your concern to our third-party payment provider."
However, they have not provided:
- A case/reference number
- An estimated resolution time
- The name of the payment provider
- Any explanation for the repeated authentication error
Interestingly, I also submitted a withdrawal through GCash.
Unlike the Maya withdrawals, the GCash withdrawal has remained in "Processing" status instead of being immediately rejected.
This makes me believe the issue may be related to the payment provider or the Maya payment channel rather than my account.
I have preserved all evidence, including:
- Withdrawal history
- Error messages
- Screenshots
- Live chat conversations
- Account balance
I am posting this to ask:
1. Has anyone else experienced the same "Access Token missing" error?
2. Were you eventually able to receive your withdrawal?
3. How long did it take to resolve?
If the issue is not resolved within a reasonable time or if I continue receiving only generic responses without any meaningful update, I intend to continue documenting my experience and share factual updates so other players can make informed decisions.
