The above company, with which I have had an account for a year, closed my account for no reason. For a month now I've been having login problems and he kept asking me to change my password for security reasons. Two days ago he locked my account and informed me by message that he closed my account. It is the right of every company to accept or not to accept someone as a customer. However, the account has a balance of €402 and the company did not allow me to make a withdrawal. This is called embezzlement - theft and it is illegal and prosecuted. This is Neteller my friends and definitely don't consider your money in your account.

What a nasty thing to go through... Do you now have some thoughts about what to do next?

I mean, I would like to believe there must be some objective reason the company uses as leverage not to give you your balance upon account closure.

What do you plan to do now?

Between my lawyer sending them out of court and I will continue to denounce them on all social networks

Oh, that's what I thought, actually, that you might resort to a lawyer. It's certainly all unpleasant, but if you could get it sorted out I'd certainly be happy for you too. If you have any developments, you can let us know. At the very least, someone who has a similar problem might read this sometime.
