Yes, it actually sounds like a cheater to me. You create an account on the forum, you start contacting different people offering them help, but you somehow "forgot" to mention that you require 140 eur for it.

By the way, I've never seen any serious business using Telegram. All the spammers who come here regularly to offer love spells voodoo, chemicals and fake passports use Telegram.
