Good morning, I find myself in an uncomfortable situation at the beginning of August. I finally had some winnings playing at the Librabet and Cadoola casinos by depositing from the app with fun id (the app is theoretically safe and registered).
Winnings of 1500 euros and 1000 euros respectively.
Librabet initially paid the first withdrawal of 500 euros via international bank transfer then nothing for a month, instead nothing from the cadoola site..
I've been waiting for over a month now, so there's obviously a problem.
In the numerous messages written to customer service and to direct email I explain my situation but from both I receive the same response saying that they apologize for the delay and that they will resolve the issue as soon as possible but always without details on the timing or any further information.
What should I do??
