Yes, you really do have to be careful. And the option of setting a loss limit for one day has certainly proven to be effective. I have now switched to withdrawing smaller amounts because I noticed that problems can arise from €2500 at the latest, for example requests for documents that have already been submitted or whatever. The biggest problem I see with this casino, however, is that the amount you want to withdraw is not deducted from your player account. So if you don't set a loss limit and keep playing, it can quickly happen that you accidentally go under the amount you want to withdraw by a few cents. Even if you win a few hundred euros again afterwards, the deposit request is then automatically cancelled. So I can only recommend the loss limit. However, the "responsible gaming" section is relatively hidden. You can find it under Settings, very small at the bottom of the profile.

Although these options are not completely visible, it is nice that the casino has them at all. You wouldn't find it in every casino and maybe temptation would eventually prevail. 

Anyway, did you pass the verification successfully in this casino ? I see you say that if you request a larger withdrawal, the casino asks for different documents. Has this happened to you? What were the specific ones ? 🙂

Yes, I am fully verified. At the moment I have another problem and have been waiting for an amount of €3,300 since August 15, 2024. An amount of €500, which I wanted to withdraw about half an hour earlier, was transferred on August 17, 2024. The other amount is still missing. Support keeps putting me off. I just submitted a new complaint today. Very annoying!

We give casinos 14 days to sort out everything around the withdrawal but from what you mention you are getting close. We'll see if the team needs to step in or if you get the money sooner. 

Anyway, did they tell you why it's been almost two weeks? Is there a reason?
