Increase mifinity limits?

Hi there,

I deposited in a casino via mifinity and then won € 2500.

The profit can only be paid out via mifinity.

Since my activity value (limit) is € 10,000 per year, I cannot pay it out.

It is currently close to € 9,000, so I would only have € 1,000 to pay out.

How can I extend this limit?

I have been waiting for a long time for an answer from mifinity.

Unfortunately only Mifinity would give you the best answer regarding this matter. There's another option you can try. You can prove to the casino that you're unable to withdraw with Mifinity due to the limits (maybe send them screenshot showing the limits etc.) and ask them for alternative options.
