Is it common for them to ask for a screenshot of the iban number with the holder name through the bank's app? It is safe;

Hi, which casino are we talking about in this case ? I see that you are going through account verification and most casinos ask for a bank statement in pdf form, that is probably the most common. You asked why it should be a screenshot, because most casinos don't accept that unless I'm mistaken. Are you also expecting some money and therefore a withdrawal ?

Some casinos request screenshots from online banking if you don't have pdf - it happened to me one time so it's fine I guess, just need to show IBAN and my name
