Dear Casino Guru Team,
I would like to file a formal complaint against ICE CASINO for the unjustified rejection of my withdrawal requests.
My name is Bogdan Bećanović and my casino user ID is 88427098.
I would like to emphasize that I have fully met all the requirements for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. My documents have been successfully verified by the casino, confirming that my account is complete and valid for withdrawal.
Despite this, my attempts to withdraw money were repeatedly rejected without a clear explanation. I am attaching screenshots of my payment history, which clearly show my successful payments and rejected payments.
Here is the precise chronology of the transactions from the attached images:
Successful Deposits:
22/09/2026 at 20:39: Payment of €10.78 (Status: Success)
23/09/2026 at 07:06: Payment of €13.3 (Status: Success)
24/09/2026 at 18:49: Payment of €9.45 (Status: Success)
Rejected Withdrawals:
07/10/2026 at 12:11: Request for €55 (Status: Rejected)
07/10/2026 at 16:10: Request for €59 (Status: Rejected)
13/10/2026 at 12:27: Request for €50 (Status: Rejected)
13/10/2026 at 12:27: Request for €50 (Status: Rejected)
14/10/2026 at 12:48: Request for €130 (Status: Rejected)
As you can see, the casino accepted my payments without any problems, but it systematically rejects my payments, even though I am a verified user. I tried to resolve this issue directly with the casino's customer support, but did not receive adequate help or resolution.
Please mediate this case and help me get my money.
Thanks in advance for your help.
Sincerely,
Bogdan Becanovic
