I’ve been using Casino Guru a bit to check online casinos before trying them out, and on the surface, it seems very professional. They have detailed reviews, a Safety Index, and even a system for tracking complaints. But I’ve noticed a few things that make me a little skeptical:
Ratings look almost too perfect – most casinos have pretty high scores unless there’s a major issue. It makes me wonder if the ratings really reflect real user experience or if they’re smoothed out.
User reviews vary a lot – some players report issues that don’t seem reflected in the site’s main ratings.
Transparency – while they claim to be independent, I couldn’t find much about how they actually gather or verify their data.
Has anyone here used them extensively? Do you think their reviews are reliable enough to trust when picking a casino, or is it better to cross-check with other sources?
