I’ve been using Casino Guru a bit to check online casinos before trying them out, and on the surface, it seems very professional. They have detailed reviews, a Safety Index, and even a system for tracking complaints. But I’ve noticed a few things that make me a little skeptical:

Ratings look almost too perfect – most casinos have pretty high scores unless there’s a major issue. It makes me wonder if the ratings really reflect real user experience or if they’re smoothed out.

User reviews vary a lot – some players report issues that don’t seem reflected in the site’s main ratings.

Transparency – while they claim to be independent, I couldn’t find much about how they actually gather or verify their data.

Has anyone here used them extensively? Do you think their reviews are reliable enough to trust when picking a casino, or is it better to cross-check with other sources?

Hello,

I imagine it looks strange for me to respond to you. I just wanted to point out how beneficial it is to check a casino on multiple websites.

Our system differs from the majority of others, so the comparison appears reasonable. For example, many casinos with high safety indexes may receive negative user feedback because the factors we consider are very specific and do not directly include payment speed or KYC smoothness.

On the other hand, we offer free complaints to players, with the goal of assisting them while also investigating how the casino applies the rules in practice, which may affect the casino score retroactively.

In my opinion, the more sources you use, the greater the likelihood of obtaining a complex set of information.

On our website, I would look for user reviews, casino reviews, forum threads, and complaints.
