I have trouble getting paid. I got email inviting me to join and was told payouts take 3 business days. I played and try to withdrawal and was told by a "manager" that Bitcoin withdrawals can take up to 18 business days. Has anyone else have problems with Gold River Star?

Hey there.

I intended to check the casino's review and player's complaints for more details, sadly, this casino has not yet been listed on our website. So, it's unknown at the moment.

Basically, I'd say up to 18 business days for crypto withdrawal is excessive. Any concrete reason for such a delay?

No reason given. It's been 8 business days and they stopped answering my emails. It doesn't look good.

I was hoping for some reasonable reason 🙁.

May I know when was your account verified, please? And additionally, is this your first withdrawal there?

The thing is, I would suggest a complaint to you - it's just that we allow casinos 14 full days to verify players, check all necessities then proceed with the withdrawal.

Thanks for asking and yes I have been verified, twice. I was contacted my Mark Goldberg first and then by VIP manager, "Maddy", after joining. I emailed them both the documents and received email on 3-27-23 confirming I had been verified;

I got an email update and it is very odd.

here is copy;

Hello raymond,

I hope this finds you well.

As a general rule and according to our T&C's, withdrawals can take up to 18 business days at the latest, from the day the account has been fully verified with the relevant documents.

Withdrawal timeframes are determined by account activity, the total number of deposits, and seniority.

We hope to see you online again soon,

Hi there.

I always want to understand players' concerns.

Basically, they told you "If you deposit just occasionally, and are not a high-roller senior player, your withdrawals are no priority hence up to 18 days to wait.

Well, it sucks.

Do you have the same feeling?

I still can't figure out whether the complaint would change anything. 🤔

I agree, that sucks. I think they are a new casino and if this is how they treat their customers they wont be around long.

I thought about this whole thing again, and you know what? The complaint might be a good step for now.

We have not yet revised the casino, so by creating a complaint, we can also inspect how they handle real issues. If you like the idea, submit the complaint by using this green link, please.

No pressure, of course, I just feel something should be done.

Thanks, I will give them a couple of more days before I file a complaint.

🤞 Hoping for the best!

Thanks, for checking, it's been 9 business days and I will give them 1 more week.

Sure thing. If you come across anything else worth sharing, we will all appreciate any update.

Meanwhile, thank you for keeping in touch - I hope you won't wait for too long!

It's been 14 business days and I emailed them asking for an update.

They answered my email and it said they still had time to complete the payout.

I would say the casino had enough time to pay you, 14 business days are more than reasonable if you ask me.

So, I wouldn't hesitate much and submit a complaint against the casino.

Use this link to make it happen.

What do you think about the idea?

I wanted to add to my complaint, but the links in the email didn't work.

I remembered more info.

Let me know.
